Jeremy Lu

Personal Background

Jeremy joined Coldwell Banker Realty right out of high school. He knew before graduating high school that brokering real estate was his calling and relocated to Florida from Chicago in 2017 to sell real estate. Jeremy started brokering real estate as a solo agent in northern Palm Beach County early in his career. Shortly after he formed his own team at 19, selling in Jupiter/Palm Beach Gardens. Eventually, Jeremy's business moved south and Jeremy stepped down from his team. Today as a West Palm Beach local, Jeremy is named partner of the Tom Davis and Jeremy Lu Group and brokers real estate transactions in the community he believes in and calls home.

When Jeremy is not brokering real estate transactions, he is out weightlifting at his local gym, trying new restaurants, spending time with family, shopping in antique/furniture stores, and heavily participates in automotive and wrist watch enthusiast crowds.

Jeremy specializes in residential historical, waterfront, and condominium property sales leasing in the Intracoastal corridor of West Palm Beach Lake Worth Beach and has an intimate understanding of the local neighborhoods such as Flamingo Park, Grandview Heights, College Park, etc. with a proven track record of YoY sales performance dominating the local market. Recognized as being in the top 1.5% of brokers nationwide by RealTrends, top 2% internationally among Coldwell Banker’s agent network, and number 1 with Coldwell Banker’s Palm Beach offices.

Jeremy also heads his group’s commercial efforts as Director of Commercial Leasing and Sales with a specific focus on advisory, tenant landlord representation of retail/office/medical assets, and the acquisition disposition of multifamily/ALF/group home/retail/office/land assets within Palm Beach County. Jeremy’s representative clientele list consists of regional/local law firms, private medical practices, national pharmaceutical research labs, title companies, national health groups, regional/local 501(c)(3)s, and more.
