I started my real estate career under the very watchful eye of our entire family as my mother owned a very respected Century 21 Gerry Sullivan and Associates Realty where she was one of maybe 2 woman owned real estate companies in Broward County.  Our entire family including 2 brothers and 3 sisters also were an integral part of our business.  Fast forward another 20 years, I branched out into the world of real estate closings and title in once again another family run business in Town and Country Title Guaranty of Hollywood.   I have spent the last 16 years understanding the entire closing process all the while maintaining my real estate license and business.  In 2019, it was time to move forward and I joined the Coldwell Banker Plantation Lakeside location and have continued to provide real estate and closing services to my clients.

Being a native to South Florida has provided me with the advantage of seeing and predicting market swings, trends and patterns that are crucial in today's markets plus also knowing the ins and outs of our area from the best schools, best place to grab a quick bite and overall what is going on in the market.
