Lisa Marcet is a real estate professional specializing in corporate relocations in Broward County. Having experienced two cross country corporate relocations of her own (with two school-aged daughters in tow), Lisa brings street credibility and real world wisdom to her profession as a Realtor. From knowing how to sequence the timing of relocation services and activities, to navigating the nuances of services provided by corporate relocation companies, Lisa helps her clients maximize their benefits while minimizing the hassles by anticipating her clients’ needs in advance.

Prior to a career as a real estate professional, Lisa was a systems analyst and computer programmer for major life insurance and public utility companies. Her IT skills have given her an advantage in using the latest technology that help her clients buy or sell with little wasted motion. By combining her extensive experience and wisdom with the right tools, Lisa matches her clients’ needs with the most relevant options, quickly, and with no guessing.

I will work with you to ensure that your property is sold for the highest price possible in the shortest amount of time with the least amount of inconvenience to you. I am a South Florida native and know many areas quite well. However, my focus has been in Weston, Southwest Ranches, Davie, Cooper City and Plantation.

As a real estate professional, I understand the true value of our community. I proudly support our local charitable organizations through my participation in Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate CARES. Since 2001, Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate CARES has donated over $1.5 million to a wide array of non-profit educational, health, welfare, environmental and cultural arts organizations. Since 2003, we’ve sponsored 12 Habitat for Humanity homes statewide, with several more in progress. This initiative continues to position Coldwell Banker as a leader in support of this truly worthwhile organization. I am also involved with Kids In Distress.
