Xavier has resided in the wonderful City of Weston since 2003. He is married, and the father of four amazing children. His lifelong passion has always been to help others. Previously, Xavier worked incessantly as a public servant directly with the City of Hialeah. He was closely involved with the residents, allowing him to harness his communication skills, especially the skill of being an excellent listener.
