Finding fulfillment in helping others, I strive to provide an optimum level of service to my clients.  I have learned through my 30 years of experience in the real estate industry that an uncompromising dedication to my clients while upholding the integrity and honor of the profession is key to my success and fulfilling the desires and dreams of those I serve is my ultimate goal.

I have resided in Polk County since 1970, moving here as a child after traveling extensively as a result of my father's service in the U.S. Air Force. The experience leading to my love for real estate began in construction and progressed quickly.  I find that the knowledge I gained in the construction industry has helped me tremendously in my real estate practice.  Combined with that experience, extensive real estate sales and transaction management skills...I have cultivated a valuable knowledge of the market.
