Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate’s Jennifer Drake Sells Villoresi for $3.8 Million
Record Breaking Marco Island Sale, Most Expensive Non-Waterfront Property
MARCO ISLAND, FL (October 1, 2015) — Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate’s Jennifer Drake from the company’s Marco Island office, has sold 347 Seabreeze Drive for $3.8 million. This is a record sales price for a non-waterfront, inland property on Marco Island. The next highest sale was for $2.13 million in 2014. The home was listed by Natalie Kirstein of John R. Wood for $4 million.
“The value for a home of this size and level of finishes is outstanding versus what a similar home would cost in Naples this close to the beach,” said Drake. “A sale like this is a great forward indicator of the market to come and reinforces the strength of real estate in the Marco Island marketplace.”
The 8,699 square-foot home, known as Villoresi, was designed by the Sater Design Group and David L. Smith was the interior designer. The luxury residence has four bedrooms, five full bathrooms and one half bath. Located in Hideaway Beach, the courtyard estate home features a private guest cabana, pool, restaurant-sized wine room, his and hers study, gallery hall, club room with sunken bar and a four car garage. Architectural details of the home include stone flooring, coffered ceilings, extensive millwork, granite countertops and crown molding.
