Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate’s Julia Sansevere Named Martin County Realtor of the Year
Stuart, FL (October 15, 2015) – Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate independent sales associate, Julia C. Sansevere, P.A., has been named as Martin County’s 2015 Realtor of the Year, the most prestigious honor awarded by her peers for excellence in both business and commitment to the local community.
“Julia goes above and beyond, not only in her commitment to her clients, but in her civic duties as well,” said Mark Hufnagel, branch manager at the Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate office in Stuart. “Julia has achieved many goals and awards as a sales associate, such as the Florida Realtors Honor Society and other professional designations. She’s also involved in diverse community activities, including her vocal opposition to All Aboard Florida and Spot Zoning in Martin County, as well as supporting Clean Water & Everglades Restoration and Habitat for Humanity. As a member of Florida Realtors and the National Association of Realtors, Sansevere has traveled the state to speak with legislators on many issues of importance to Martin County homeowners. She is an active member and past president of the Stuart-Martin County Chapter of Women’s Council of Realtors. She is also the Sustainer Board Liaison of the Junior League of Martin County, a member of the Stuart Woman’s Club, Daughters of the American Revolution, Daughters of the Cincinnati and Daughters of the Republic of Texas.
“I’m humbled and honored to be voted Realtor of the Year by my peers. It’s like winning the Academy Award for excellence in my career as a Realtor,” Sansevere said. “For me, it’s the Oscar I would have loved to receive in my former career as an actress. But in this case, it’s an amazing nod of respect and recognition by my fellow Realtors for my community service and professional standing, and that’s even better.”
Sansevere enjoys assisting home buyers and sellers with their real estate needs in Martin County. She enthusiastically promotes her county’s favorable lifestyle and works to preserve the special quality of life and feeling of safety in her community.
Drawing inspiration from her mother and personal mentor, Mary T. Clegg, Sansevere honed her skills early on in her mother’s boutique real estate brokerage in Houston, TX working as an agent during her college years before heading to New York to pursue an acting career.
