Coldwell Banker United, REALTORS in Florida Is Now Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate
Sarasota, Fla. (Oct. 13, 2015) – Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate, the largest residential real estate brokerage in Florida, announced today that it is re-branding Coldwell Banker United, REALTORS® offices in northwest Florida. The 11 Coldwell Banker United, REALTORS® offices and more than 365 independent sales associates in the region will now do business under the Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate name.

As part of the change, the region also has a new website, ColdwellBankerHomes.com, which launched this summer to unify 17 brokerage websites that served 50 of the largest 100 metropolitan areas in the U.S This intuitive new site makes it easier for home buyers and sellers to access the latest listings and neighborhood data — and connect with a respected real estate expert — right from a smartphone, tablet or desktop.
The rebranding is a result of an earlier acquisition by Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate’s parent company, NRT LLC, the nation’s largest residential real estate brokerage company. In April of this year, NRT acquired Coldwell Banker United, REALTORS® in Florida, Texas, North Carolina, and South Carolina.
