Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate’s The Bukys Sell $3.6 Million Anna Maria Island Home
SARASOTA (March 4, 2016) — Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate’s Charles and Gabe Buky of the company’s Longboat Key office sold 101 Palmetto Avenue on Anna Maria Island for $3.6 million. The home is part of a three-home waterfront community that was developed by the property’s owner. The Bukys had both sides of the sale.
Featuring a total of 4,873-square-feet, the beachfront residence features five bedrooms, four bathrooms and one half baths. The home boasts incredible beachfront views and luxury amenities including a gourmet kitchen with custom cabinets, granite countertops and Viking appliances. Built in 2015 by Whitehead Construction, they focused on details like hand-scraped hardwood floors, cathedral ceilings and custom moldings to create a balance between modern design and coastal elegance.
