Wendy Dowling Named Branch Manager of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate’s Punta Gorda Office
PUNTA GORDA, FL (April 7, 2016) — Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate has named Wendy Dowling as the new branch manager of the company’s Punta Gorda office. Dowling will fill the role of former branch manager, Ellen O’Day, who is now managing Coldwell Banker’s Longboat Key office.
Dowling brings nearly 30 years of experience in real estate. Originally from the U.K., she comes to the position as a top-producing sales associate in the Punta Gorda office, where she recently received the International Diamond Society award. She has been a licensed real estate sales associate since 2007, and has been affiliated with Coldwell Banker since 2013. Prior to her time as a sales associate, Dowling founded a pre-school gymnastics program and served as CEO for Turning Point Seminars and Portfolios of Distinction.
As the founder and CEO of a global company specializing in international real estate transactions, Dowling worked with property investors and high-net-worth individuals in sourcing, acquiring, financing, and managing properties worldwide.
