Ellen C. O’Day Named Managing Broker of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate’s Longboat Key Office
LONGBOAT KEY, FL (April 19, 2016) — Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate has named Ellen C. O’Day as the new managing broker of the company’s Longboat Key office. O’Day will fill the role of former branch manager, Bob Stanley, who has retired.
Prior to her career in real estate, O’Day served in a variety of managerial positions and was a successful entrepreneur. Her array of experience in property management, organizational growth, and project oversight led to a successful start in real estate. O’Day relocated from Pennsylvania to Florida in 2012 where she began her career with Coldwell Banker. In her first year, she was named Rookie of the Year for the entire state of Florida.
O’Day’s success continued and soon after, she was named managing broker of the Punta Gorda office. Her leadership allowed the office to grow from 9 sales associates to more than 50.

While managing the Punta Gorda office, O’Day successfully expanded the office and turned it into the number one listing office in the Southwest region.
