Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate Opens New Brickell Office
Company Entering “New” Market of Growing Downtown Miami
MIAMI (July 24, 2015) — In response to the extensive new construction and international attention on the Brickell corridor and downtown Miami real estate, Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate will open the doors to its new Brickell office, located at 35 SE 9 Street, Miami, 33131, in early October.
The Brickell office will serve all market sectors, with an emphasis on luxury real estate. Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate has represented some of the world’s most exceptional properties through its Previews® luxury program. Approximately 35 sales associates will be based in the Brickell office.

The office space, with both a retail presence and a third floor suite, has a straight line view to The Shops at Mary Brickell Village and features welcoming, modern décor.
