Lynn Kaiser Conrad Named Branch Manager of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate’s Sarasota Central Office
SARASOTA, FL (December 1, 2016) – Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate has named Lynn Kaiser Conrad as the branch manager of its Sarasota Central office. Conrad will provide guidance and support to more than 65 sales associates and will lead the office’s growth and recruiting efforts.
“I am very excited to begin my new role in Sarasota,” said Conrad. “I’ve worked for the company for years and am eager to use my expertise to help the Sarasota Central sales associates grow their businesses even farther.”
Conrad brings over 31 years in real estate experience. She is transitioning from the company’s Winter Park office, where she served as the assistant manager, one of the company’s largest offices in Florida. Previously, she served as a managing broker for competing companies in Port St. Lucie and Daytona Beach. Conrad is a FREC certified real estate instructor and has written and taught numerous licensing courses.
An active proponent of high ethical standards, Conrad served on the Daytona Realtor Association Grievance and Professional Development Standards Committee and the Code Enforcement Board of Volusia County. She is also active in the community and served as the development director for United Cerebral Palsy of East Central Florida and was the chief operating officer of the Daytona Beach Domestic Abuse Council.
