Robert Lugo Honored Among NAHREP Top 250 Latino Agents For 2017
LAKELAND, FL (June 22, 2017) — Robert Lugo has been honored by the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals® (NAHREP) with the Top 250 Latino Agents Award for 2017.
NAHREP ranked Lugo No. 179 in the Top 250 award level for transaction sides. Lugo also ranked among the top 50 individuals in the South, earning the No. 27 spot. Lugo is affiliated with the company’s New Tampa office.
Each year, NAHREP recognizes the United States’ leading Hispanic real estate agents and brokers who have closed an exceptional number of transactions, thus increasing the rate of sustainable Hispanic homeownership in communities across the country.

The 2017 Top 250 Latino Agents Award recognizes recipients in several categories, including highest transaction sides and sales volume in the nation, top individual agents, Millennial agents, and geographic regions including the South, Northeast, West, Midwest, California, and Texas.
According to NAHREP, “These agents represent a combined total of 25,945 units in closed transaction sides from January 2016 through December 2016 and over $6.07 billion in total aggregate volume.”
Active in real estate sales for over 15 years, Lugo ranks among the top 3.3 percent of Coldwell Banker sales associates nationwide. Prior to his career in real estate, Lugo served in the United States Navy and earned a bachelor’s degree in business from Briarcliff College.
