ROGER PETTINGELL RANKS IN TOP 250 REAL ESTATE PROFESSIONALS IN THE NATION BY REAL TRENDS
Only Sarasota Sales Associate Among All Local Companies to Make the List
SARASOTA, FL (June 23, 2017) – Clark Toole, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate, Florida, congratulates Roger Pettingell, a sales associate affiliated with the company’s Longboat Key office, for ranking among the nation’s top real estate professionals based on sales volume. With nearly $72,000,000 in sales volume, Pettingell was ranked No. 238 out of the top 250 agents in the U.S. by REAL Trends, as advertised in The Wall Street Journal. He moved up one spot from the 2016 report, which ranked him as No. 239.

Pettingell is once again a member of “The Thousand Top Real Estate Professionals,” a prestigious national award ranking sponsored by REAL Trends and advertised in The Wall Street Journal. He is ranked in the top one half of 1 percent of the more than 1.1 million Realtors® nationwide. The Thousand list includes four separate categories honoring the top 250 residential real estate agents and sales teams based on sales volume and transaction sides. Additionally, the top 50 agents and teams are ranked by average sales price.
