Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate Announces New Managers in Naples-Area Offices
NAPLES, FL (January 4, 2017) — Becky Jaarda has been named the new branch manager of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate’s Bonita Springs office and Jeffrey Piipponen has been named branch manager of the company’s Naples Park Shore office.
“Becky and Jeffrey are incredibly talented real estate professionals with decades of industry-leading experience. They are both very well equipped to lead the sales associates in their offices and I look forward to watching them excel in their new roles,” said Jennifer Putnam, regional vice president of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate, Southwest Florida.
Jaarda, formerly a top-producing broker associate with Royal Shell Real Estate, has over 20 years of real estate experience. Jaarda has extensive expertise in property management, residential and commercial sales. She is equipped with a bachelor’s degree in business and economics from Illinois Benedictine College, now known as Benedictine University. Jaarda will lead 47 sales associates in the Bonita Springs office.
Piipponen has led the company’s Bonita Springs office for over five years year and will now oversee Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate’s Naples Park Shore office. Piipponen has been active in real estate sales for over 25 years, first working for a local developer. He has a degree in finance from the University of South Florida. Piipponen will now coach and guide the office’s 70 affiliated sales associates.
