Barbara and Ryan Ackerman closed $66.5 million in sales volume in 2017
SARASOTA (January 16, 2018) — The Ackerman Group, an affiliated sales team with the Longboat Key office of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate, was the top-selling real estate team by closed volume for the Sarasota-Manatee Counties market in 2017.
The team, consisting of Barbara Ackerman and Ryan Ackerman, finished the year with a sales volume totaling $66.5 million, the highest of all teams in the Sarasota-Manatee market; and more than 38 percent ahead of their 2016 closed volume of $41.3 million. Over the past 15 years, The Ackerman Group has been ranked among the leading agents and teams in the local Sarasota-Manatee market; as well as among Coldwell Banker’s top-selling associates statewide.
