Shayla Twit Affiliates with Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate
SARASOTA, FL (January 23, 2018) – Shayla Twit, a top-producing sales associate, has affiliated with Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate’s Longboat Key office. Formerly with RE/MAX Alliance Group, Twit closed nearly $30 million in sales volume throughout 2016 and 2017. Twit earned the ranking of the number one individual sales associate in her former office in 2016 and ranked number 22 as a single agent across Florida with her former brokerage in the same year.
Specializing in luxury and waterfront homes, Twit represents properties all across Sarasota and Manatee counties. She has been active in real estate sales since 2002.
Twit is equipped with a degree in business administration with minors in international studies and French.
