Pat Cuervo Affiliates with Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate’s Hughes Shelton Realtors
TAMPA, FL (February 6, 2018) – Pat Cuervo, a top-producing sales associate, has affiliated with Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate’s Tampa Westshore office. Cuervo will join the Hughes Shelton Realtors, the number one sales team in Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate’s west central region.
Specializing in residential home sales, Cuervo represents properties throughout South Tampa. She has been active in real estate sales since 2015.
Originally from the Midwest, Cuervo has lived in the Tampa Bay area for 32 years. Active in the community, she has served on the advisory committee for the City of Tampa, the 13th Judicial District Bar Grievance Committee, the Guardian Ad Litem program, parents’ club president and a foundation board member at University Community Hospital. Cuervo earned a graduate degree in counseling from the University of South Florida and an undergraduate degree from Ohio State University.
