COLDWELL BANKER RESIDENTIAL REAL ESTATE ANNOUNCES SPECIALTY AWARDS AT NORTHWEST FLORIDA’S ANNUAL CEREMONY
PENSACOLA, FL (March 9, 2018) – Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate held its annual award ceremony at the Emerald Coast Convention Center on March 1. In addition to awarding the top sale associate individuals and teams, the Regional Vice President, Denis McKinnon, recognized the following specialty award winners:
- The Gwen Appelquist Award: Jutta Schneider, Fort Walton Beach office
- Manager of the Year Award: Wanda Nichols Goldberg, Pace office
- Employee of the Year Award: Michelle Bufalino, Gulf Breeze office
The Gwen Appelquist Award honors the memory of the iconic Coldwell Banker real estate agent, Gwen Appelquist. Appelquist was a real estate idol and cherished leader of her community. The award in her name is given to an agent of exceptional character, success and community involvement. This year’s recipient, Jutta Schneider, is well-known and respected by her community and peers. She is a previous recipient of the International Sterling Society award and specializes in relocations, investment properties and short sales.
Goldberg has served as the branch manager of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate’s Pace office since February of 2016. In just over one year, she has added over 40 agents to her office. Goldberg’s success is well reflected in her designation as the number one recruiter in the nation for bringing experienced agents into the company. Under Goldberg’s management, the Pace office has been awarded with the Bronze Award for Excellence.
Bufalino is the office administrator for Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate’s Gulf Breeze office. She assists the branch manager and provides support to the agents well beyond their expectations. Bufalino is known to take initiative on projects and has recently exceled at supporting the agents through the transition of a new branch manager.
