$1.8 Million Manatee Riverfront Home Sold by the Ackerman Group

SARASOTA, FL (September 26, 2016)— Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s The Ackerman Group of the company’s Longboat Key office sold 4200 Riverview Boulevard in Bradenton for $1.8 million. The property was originally owned by Doctor W. D. Sugg, founding member of the South Florida Museum. The Ackerman Group had both sides of the deal.
