Carla Rayman Named 2015 National Association of Realtors® President’s Liason to Panama
President's Liaisons are NAR members, appointed by the NAR President to serve as liaison to real estate professionals in their assigned country.
SARASOTA, FL (November 5, 2015) — Carla Rayman of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate was named President's Liaison to Panama by the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR). President's Liaisons play a dynamic role in maintaining NAR's partnerships with 80 national real estate associations in more than 60 countries. This is Rayman’s third consecutive appointment to this role.
As President’s Liaison, Rayman will have responsibilities that include hosting delegations from Panama's real estate association, ACOBIR, who visit the U.S.A. She will also attend the conventions and meetings in Panama and be responsible for organizing trade missions and visits between real estate professionals from both countries. She will focus on further developing relationships between both Associations as a strong foundation for networking between the Associations and their members.
Rayman began traveling to Central America in 2006 and is very familiar with the country's real estate projects and business practices. She serves as the second vice-chair of the United States-Panama Business Council SE (USPA SE) and works with businesses wishing to import or export from Panama. She is an international speaker and has spoken at real estate conferences in Spain, France, Venezuela, Panama, the UK, Canada, and Brazil.
Additionally, Rayman is one of less than 1500 real estate agents worldwide who hold the NAR designation of Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) and is also a CIPS instructor. She and her team, Your Global Agents, travel across the globe to speak and promote Florida real estate. Rayman is also an Executive Board Member with the Greater Sarasota Chamber of Commerce International Business Council, past Secretary of the Gulf Coast Latin Chamber, and holds multiple real estate awards and designations.
