Clark W Toole lll Named in Top 200 Most Powerful People in Residential Real Estate 2017/18
SARASOTA, FL (January 23, 2018) – Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate, the leading residential real estate brokerage firm in Florida, is pleased to announce President Clark W Toole lll was named by Swanepoel T3 Sixty in its 2017-2018 top 200 most powerful people in residential real estate report.

In addition to leading the company’s residential and commercial real estate divisions in Florida, Toole also serves as group president of Atlanta and the Carolinas. Prior to his role as group president, Toole served in various leadership positions across Florida and Dallas/Fort Worth.
A graduate of the University of Florida, Toole began his real estate career in 1975, selling homes to pay his way through graduate school at the University of North Florida, where he earned a master of business administration in real estate and marketing.
