Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate in Naples/Ft. Myers Among Highest Performing Real Estate Companies
NAPLES, FL – (July 31, 2017) – Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate ranked as the number two residential real estate company for transaction sides in the Naples and Fort Myers area in 2016, along with other residential brokerage firms owned by NRT, LLC. The rankings were reported in the 2017 REAL Trends Market Leaders report, a portion of the REAL Trends 500.
Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate, along with several NRT owned firms, together accounted for $898.6 million in closed sales volume and closed 2,884 transaction sides in 2016, holding their 2015 ranking as No. 2 in closed transactions in the Naples and Fort Myers area.
