TAMPA, FL – (July 6, 2017) – Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate ranked as the top residential real estate company for sales volume and transaction sides in the Tampa area in 2016. The rankings were reported in the 2017 REAL Trends Market Leaders report, a portion of the REAL Trends 500.

Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate closed $2.397 billion in sales and 9,316 transaction sides in 2016, ranking the firm once again at No. 1 in the Tampa Bay area.
