SARASOTA, FL (September 15, 2015)— Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate’s Linda Weber of the company’s Longboat Key office sold 8306 Sanderling Road for $6.275 million. The 5,000-squeare-foot estate is situated upon an almost two acre lot located between the Gulf of Mexico and Heron Lagoon, with over 200-feet of walkable beachfront. This expansive luxury residence includes the main residence, beachfront cottage, guest house, private dock and Har-Tru court.
