Elaine “e'Layne” Koenigsberg Affiliates with Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate
ST. PETERSBURG BEACH, FL (April 6, 2016) — Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate is pleased to announce that Elaine “e'Layne” Koenigsberg has become an affiliated sales associate with the company’s St. Petersburg Beach office.
Koenigsberg joins Coldwell Banker with a diverse career background in art, mental health crisis counseling, and property management. Prior to entering a career in real estate, Koenigsberg worked as the Florida Disaster Mental Health Coordinator where she wrote and managed grants after all Florida's disasters. At one point in her career she oversaw 500 employees, wrote and managed over $33 million dollars in grant programs for Florida's citizens, and assisted with the disaster mental health program for Hurricane Katrina survivors.
After moving on from her mental health coordinator position, Koenigsberg transitioned fully to art. She managed Railroad Square Art Park where she coordinated massive events promoting the arts and shaped the vision of the thriving artist community all while maintaining two of her own companies.
Koenigsberg realized her desire to transition to real estate after working in property management and helping to connect people with housing. She grew up on St. Petersburg Beach, and enjoys the challenges of matching homebuyers with finding their dream home in this lush paradise.
