Joanie Murphy Awarded Contributor of the Year at Coldwell Banker Commercial Global Conference
ORLANDO (April 21, 2016)—The Coldwell Banker Commercial Global Conference honored Joanie Murphy on Tuesday, April 12 with the prestigious Coldwell Banker Commercial National Office Contributor of the Year award.
Murphy has been in real estate for more than 20 years, all of which have been in Boca Raton. She spent the first 10 years of her career in residential real estate before moving on to commercial real estate.
The Contributor of the Year Award recognizes a Coldwell Banker Commercial individual responsible for propelling the growth of the office. Award recipients have increased the office’s profitability, boosted sales and marketing production, enhanced recruiting and retaining efforts, and provides leadership in the office.

Murphy was nominated for her contributions and was selected as the award recipient by the Coldwell Banker Commercial Awards Committee.
