Pirate Fashions, LLC Finds New Home Through Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT’s Liz Menendez
Tampa, FL (January 6, 2017) – Pirate Properties, LLC, has purchased a 7,000-square-foot industrial warehouse located at 4006 West Cayuga Street for $596,000. Pirate Fashions, LLC, a pirate retail store, occupies the building. Liz Menendez, CCIM, a commercial sales associate with Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate in Tampa, worked with owner Tiger Lee in the transaction.
“The store is extremely unique,” said Menendez. “When you walk in the door, you are greeted by staff that is dressed in historic pirate clothing. All customers must ring the bell and ask permission to board.”
