FORT LAUDERDALE, FL (November 27, 2017) - Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate CARES, the charitable arm of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate, raised $13,000 for local non-profits at a recent talent show. The funds raised will be distributed locally based on need.

Longboat Key Residence Sells for $4.8 Million
SARASOTA, FL (November 17, 2017) – A waterfront residence at L’Ambiance on Longboat Key has sold for $4.8 million. After just six days on the market, the unit went under contract with a final sale date of November 17.
