Sheryl Hodor Affiliates with Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate
FORT LAUDERDALE, FL (March 21, 2016) — Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate is pleased to announce that Sheryl Hodor has become an affiliated sales associate with the company. Hodor brings 28 years of experience in Southeast Fort Lauderdale real estate and four decades of first-hand knowledge of the South Florida luxury waterfront lifestyle.

Hodor has consistently been a top producer for 28 years and is a member of the Master Broker Forum. Throughout Hodor’s real estate tenure, she has developed a specialty niche for luxury waterfront homes, particularly in Fort Lauderdale’s Harbor Beach and Las Olas regions. Hodor once sold one of the largest properties in Broward County for $8.5 million, one of the largest teardown deals in county history. After its new owners renovated the home, Hodor sold the property again for more than double the original sale price.
Born and raised in Fraser, Michigan, Hodor permanently relocated to South Florida in 1973. Hodor has lived on the water for over 40 years in luxury neighborhoods such as Harbor Beach and Collee Hammock, near her specialty market of Las Olas.

Prior to earning her real estate license in 1988, Hodor operated her own executive services business and served as President of a children’s charity. She married Kenneth Hodor, a board-certified orthopedic surgeon, with whom she recently celebrated 27 years of marriage. Together, they raised five children who have each gone on to successful careers in medicine, law, and education. When she’s not working, Hodor enjoys spending time with her grandchildren.
