Six Million Dollar Day for Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate’s Linda Weber
Two Longboat Key Properties Sold on the Same Day
SARASOTA (November 12, 2015) — Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate’s Linda Weber of the company’s Longboat Key office sold two Longboat Key properties 3550 Mistletoe Lane for $3.55 million and 3040 Grand Bay Boulevard, #PH2101 for $2.45 million. Both properties closed on November 11 totaling $6 million. This is not Linda’s first $6 million day. She closed on 8306 Sanderling Road back in September for $6.275 million.
“Timing is critical in a situation like this. Everything had to be completed on time and without loose ends, as the sellers of one property were the buyers of the second closing,” said Weber.
The sale of 3550 Mistletoe Lane is the highest sales price ever received for Corey’s Landing. Weber joined the Longboat Key office of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate more than 20 years ago. She moved to Longboat Key in 1985 after a two-decade long career as a customer service manager for US Airways and developed a chair of furniture stores. Originally from Pittsburg, Pennsylvania, she received her graduate degree with honors from the University of Miami.
