Nikita Hankerson

Nikita Todd Hankerson, MBA is a passionate and results-driven real estate professional who finds her greatest reward in helping clients achieve their dreams. As the owner of Nikita Hankerson Homes and a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, she brings a unique blend of expertise, heart, and hustle to every transaction—whether working with first-time buyers, luxury clients, investors, veterans, or executive relocations.

With a deep knowledge of the Atlanta Intown, NW & SW Atlanta, 400 North, Cobb, South Fulton, and South Crescent markets, Nikita serves both buyers and sellers with equal dedication. Her approach is strategic, data-informed, and always client-centered.

Before launching her real estate career, Nikita built a strong foundation in corporate sales as a territory representative for a Fortune 10 company. She then transitioned into residential finance, earning accolades as a Senior Loan Officer at HomeBanc Mortgage Corp and Silverton Mortgage. Her journey into real estate began with D.R. Horton Homes (2005–2008), where she gained invaluable experience in new construction. Since becoming a licensed Realtor in 2008, she has leveraged her mortgage and sales background to deliver exceptional value and negotiate winning outcomes for her clients.

A consistent Multi-Million Dollar Producer since 2016, Nikita ranks in the Top 10% of Sales Volume and Units with the Atlanta Association of Realtors, one of the largest boards in Georgia.

Nikita’s expertise has earned her national recognition, including three consecutive appearances on HGTV’s House Hunters (2014–2016). She currently shares her insights as a real estate co-host on The Morning Show with Michael & Friends on Power 108.9. A respected leader in her field, she has served on the Agent Leadership Council at Keller Williams Realty and is an active member of the Atlanta Realtors Association and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.

Outside of real estate, Nikita is committed to giving back. She supports Nicholas House, enjoys traveling, and cherishes time with her family—her husband Charles and their two daughters, Nadia and Gabrielle.
