Here's something a little different about me: I spent more than 27 years working on the inside of a real estate brokerage. I spent that career in brokerage finance, working directly with agents and branch managers across markets nationwide to deliver market analytics, financial reporting, and strategic guidance. I understand how deals are structured, what it takes to get them to the closing table, and how to read market conditions clearly — not just recite them.

So when I sit down with you, I'm not just someone who passed a licensing exam. I genuinely understand how this industry works, how to read a market, and — maybe most importantly — how to cut through the noise and figure out what the current market means for you specifically.

I've personally bought and sold homes across several regions of the country — from the Rockies to New England — and navigated that process here in the Atlanta market as well. Along the way, I've relocated multiple times and know firsthand what it feels like to be on your side of the transaction — the stakes, the uncertainty, and what good guidance actually looks like in those moments. I've been in North Atlanta for eight years now and specialize in the Alpharetta, Johns Creek, and Cumming communities.
