When listing homes, my main objective is to minimize expense while securing top return on your home. As a staging specialist, I understand the old adage “you only get one chance to make a first impression.” I provide a comprehensive walk through and can recommend upgrades and improvements to highlight the home’s assets, which can significantly increase asking price and decrease days on the market. Once the home is prepared to show, I draw buyers in through professional photography that creates impactful digital and print marketing. Accurate pricing based on up-to-date analytics is also essential, and client-centered negotiations ensure a successful outcome.
When assisting buyers, I listen closely, determine my clients’ unique needs and set out to find that one perfect gem. Coldwell Banker Realty’s robust technologies allow me to analyze the most recent property and pricing trends in the chosen area. I'm actively involved in serving in my community, as a coach and volunteer for the Forsyth County Special Olympics, a youth group leader at Browns Bridge Church, and a local representative to the Coldwell Banker Realty’s CARES committee. In 2020, I was honored to be recognized with the 400N Association of Realtors® - Good Neighbor award and was also named the Adult Volunteer of the Year by Special Olympics Georgia; but the greatest reward is helping others. My favorite quote is Mahatma Gandhi’s, “The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others.” These words define my local efforts as well as my real estate career... my priority is "quality" not quantity.
