I am a Licensed Real Estate Broker specializing in representing Buyers and Builders of new construction homes. Until recently I spent more than 20 years as a highly successful Real Estate broker for new home developers.
Now I'm taking my expertise to the other side of the contract table and specialize in representing Buyers considering new construction. Buying new construction is complex, and the level of detail is so great that buyers should be represented by an agent who is experienced in new home construction sales.
