Personal Background

Born in Japan and raised in Mililani, Hawai`i, Lissa currently resides and is a proud member of the Mililani community. Lissa started "Integrity Real Estate | Where Home Goals Become A Reality" or #ireh for Integrity Real Estate Hawai`i after growing her successful educational/behavioral company, "Integrity ABA, LLC." This company specializes in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for individuals with behavioral, social, and communication challenges, as well as study preparation for the BCBA exam. Together with her interest in behavioral management and real estate, her main focus is building relationships with her clients and colleagues.

Lissa began her career in real estate when her family wanted to sell her grandparents home in Hali`imaile, Maui. This home was dear to her heart. Lissa’s family had many gatherings and a rich historuy full of fun memories that are currently being recreated by another family who lived down the road from the house. Lissa’s love for real estate eventually grew to a hobby and her business became a passion. She has been buying and selling real estate for the past 6 years and has built her clientele who are also friends and colleagues. Lissa is also a part of Team Mikiko (Terahira) at Coldwell BankerRealty receiving 2021 International President’s Elite award, 2022 International President’s Circle award, and 2023 International Diamond Society. Lissa always believed in building and maintaining relationships that last a lifetime.

She also works in the Hawai`i Department of Education as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Licensed Behavior Analyst (BA 365). Lissa holds a B.A. in Japanese Language, a Master's of Education in Special Education, and has her Doctorate in Instructional Leadership. She also teaches at the collegiate level at a higher learning institution in Hawai`i. When not busy working, Lissa enjoys photography, golf, spending time with her 14 year old shihtzu “Chiefy,” playing pickleball and tennis.
