Barbara Coote

Originally from Jamaica in the West Indies, Barbara migrated to the United States and enlisted in the Army.  With over two decades of service, she retired at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. Her military background has cultivated a results-oriented mindset in Barbara, accompanied by an unparalleled work ethic and integrity that clients can depend upon. Through her various leadership and managerial roles across the United States and abroad, Barbara has honed her coordination and time management skills in diverse settings, amassing extensive experience in managing resource and time constraints to achieve desired outcomes for her clients.

Barbara graduated high school in Kingston, Jamaica, in 1992.  She has also completed four (4) college degree since:  Associates of Arts from Saint Leo University, Saint Leo, Florida - 1999; Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Health from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia – 2002; Master of Business Administration (MBA), 2010 and Master of Science in Logistics Management, 2013 both from Florida Institute of Technology, Melbourne, Florida.  Barbara also had extensive military training in critical thinking and problem solving.  She excels at conceptualize emerging trends, conduct cost benefit analysis, and provide her clients with multiple courses of actions to equip them with the knowledge necessary to make informed decisions.

Currently residing in Waipahu on Oahu, Barbara is enjoying the simplicity of island life again.  She cherishes time spent with friends and family at the beaches, restaurants, and other fun activities on Oahu.  Barbara's military and personal travels have provided her with a broad perspective of the world, along with the capacity to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
