I am a full time Real Estate professional dedicated to enhance your lifestyle whether upsizing or downsizing your home. I enjoy helping families fulfill their dream of becoming a “Homeowner”. I was trained and certified with the Realogy Relocation to help with your relocation needs whether leaving or arriving to Hawaii.

The Coldwell Banker Team provides exceptional support to its realtors and clients with state-of-the-art resources and the most current information on the market trends and fluctuations. The “Team” concept allows me and my clients to make informed decisions on property sales or purchases. That, combined with my past professional and educational knowledge, it is a winning combination.

I pledge to diligently act as your realtor representative with the sale or purchase of you home by preparing and negotiating your purchase contract and oversee as liaison between all parties involved; lenders, escrow companies, inspectors, agents, relocation companies, etc. I am committed to exceeding the needs of my clients and look forward to assisting you in achieving your goals in the Buying and/or Selling of your home.

Education

I obtained my Real Estate license in 2008.  My previous career was in business management and accounting work.  I earned my Associates Degree in Accounting and a Bachelors Degree in Business Management.  With my educational background and work experiences, I am able to educate and provide information to my clients through the ever-progressing real estate market. 

Personal Background

While working and studying for my education, I also raised three children, that provides me with much joy which now includes five loving grandchildren.  I was raised in a military family, born in Honolulu, and had the wonderful opportunity to travel the world, living in Germany, Panama, California, Texas, and Massachusetts before finally returning home to Hawaii upon my father’s retirement. I have experienced the relocation process many times.  And I hope you will allow me to help with your moves as well.
