Business Philosophy

Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Pacific, Yolanda worked with a wonderful team of real estate agents at Rorie Urban Real Estate, LLC in Honolulu.  Prior to selling real estate, Yolanda enjoyed a wonderful career as an Executive Assistant at Hewlett-Packard (HP) Company in California.  She now leverages her HP organization skills to Hawaii's exciting real estate industry.
 
Yolanda specializes in servicing buyers and sellers of single-family, condo and resort properties.  Many clients attest that Yolanda is a caring, experienced, knowledgeable agent who focuses on her clients needs and price range. She received Top Sales and Top Producer awards in the first two years as a real estate agent in Hawaii.

Personal Background

Yolanda was born and raised in Hawaii.  As an Army brat, she has lived in Europe and various U.S. states.  She understands the complexities of military life and having to move from place to place.  She has successfully helped many military families purchase homes in Hawaii. 
 
After living in California for almost 20 years, Yolanda and her husband returned to live in their beloved State of Hawaii. They enjoy swimming, golfing and the many other outdoor activities Hawaii offers.  They have two adult children and two delightful grandchildren.
