As Realtors go - I have a unique advantage that places me above other agents in my market - I have a very extensive marketing background (in many different businesses), provide Professional Photography, Video, 3D Walkthrough tours (Matterport) AND drone photography to my listings - Myself. I do not hire another company to do it. It expediates the listing timeline and you only have ME in your home -not several different people to accomplish the marketing first steps. VERY crucial in this COVID-19 environment. When I am done photographing your home ( and anything else requested for marketing) you are listed within 24 Hours. No days waiting on photos to come back or tours to be uploaded by 3rd party companies.

My descriptions are creative and at times amusing. You won't get the typical "Be prepared to be impressed, 4 bedroom 2 bath home in..." description. None of her descriptions are "recycled".
