Photo Marketing:
This is our program that markets your home using multiple photos. I contract with a professional photographer to take mutliple pictures of your home. We "enhance" our listings on most websites, to ensure buyers can see as many photos of your home as allowed by the site. Marketing research has shown that listings featuring 6 or more photos are viewed 299% more than listings without photos or with only 1 photo.
