Personal Background

I grew up in the country and graduated from Licking Valley High School. I have a 12yr old son and have been happily married to my husband for 16yrs. I have always had a passion for Real Estate. There is nothing more rewarding than helping someone find their dream home or on the other hand help a client sell their current home.

I make it a priority to know the current market. This allows me the position to consult you on every stage of the transaction. I also make sure I am available to my clients and that I am a resource for them on the ancillary steps in-between. I am a great communicator and do believe that communication is the key element to have in this type of partnership. I am not afraid to negotiate when it benefits my client. I do not forget who I work for. I am loyal and promise to do everything in my power to get you the best possible deal. I too work hard for what I have and also want to make good decisions when it comes to my family and their needs.

Business Philosophy
Be upfront at the start. Talk straight. Everyone's time is equally valuable. I always try to determine as soon as possible if my home buying services are best suited to the seller's situation.
Respond in a timely manner. There are always various options the seller is considering. By responding quickly it helps the seller decide if we should enter into a transaction together.
Flexibility. Everyone's situation and reasons for wishing to sell are different. I always try to structure the transaction to best fit the seller's needs.
Integrity always comes first. Absolutely of primary importance. A person's word must be as good as if it were in writing. My reputation in the real estate community is extremely important to me. Being in the business since 1984 has taught me that integrity must come first.

Ensure that all terms of the contract are met prior to closing. Successfully closed numerous transactions.

Effectively showed residential properties to potential buyers. Determined the needs of buyers and sellers and worked to satisfy those needs.
