Bonjour! I am Eva Ruholt and although I am now based in NKY, I was born and raised in France. I followed my dream of moving to the United States in 2019, at the age of twenty-one. Achieving my dream was stressful but rewarding, that is why I’ve decided to help others achieve theirs!

Much like moving across the ocean, buying or selling a home can be scary and overwhelming, so I am here to take your worries away by making this process exciting and tailored to your unique needs! Whether you are a first-time homebuyer, upgrading to your dream property, or selling to start a new chapter, I want to help you through every step of the way to ensure your goals are met with confidence and care.

When I am not helping clients, you can find me spending quality time with my husband, Will, and our daughter, Nelly, or taking on a new DIY project in our house. I am also an animal lover and have two cats, Bradley and Cooper, that I adopted while volunteering at a local shelter. Oh, and of course I love to travel! My whole family is still in France, so I try to go back twice a year to spend time with them.

I chose real estate for multiple reasons, the first one being that I believe a home is more than just a place to live- it’s where life’s most meaningful moments happen. After seeing how the right home can transform someone’s future, I knew I wanted to be a part of that journey. In addition, I love meeting new people and want to build lasting relationships based on trust, transparency, and results.

My background as assistant branch manager of a car rental company gave me great experience in providing exceptional service and always putting my client’s best interests first.
