Personal Background

Pam's personal interests include spending time with her family and traveling with them. She also enjoys golf and playing at Lake Cumberland. Personal and professional development along with decorating, shopping and reading also consume her time. After a rewarding 34 year career with Cinergy, she asked herself what further use she could be to others. She has discovered taking care of her clients, just like her family (also known as Zepfville) has proven to be very rewarding and fun.
Zepfville philosophy means never putting a paycheck before a client's needs and always doing the right thing even when it is not in one's best interest. It also means treating everyone with respect, compassion and the dignity they deserve.
