Andrew McCaul

Andrew joined Coldwell Banker in early 2022. He was previously the principal broker of a boutique real estate company in Lynnfield for over 5 years. Going on his 12th year in real estate, Andrew has a genuine passion for the business.
Prior to real estate, Andrew was in sales in the telecommunications industry. He currently holds his broker licenses in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
Andrew's specialty is new construction homes. He has a working relationship with several local builders and has brokered over 20 new construction transactions in the past 3 years.
He prides himself on having thorough knowledge on the condition and upkeep of a home that he passes to his clients with the most straightforward manner. He wishes nothing more than for everyone to make educated decisions. With that in mind, he uses his strong negotiation skills and the ability to maneuver transactions seamlessly to provide the utmost quality of service to his buyers and sellers.
Andrew grew up in Wakefield and currently resides in North Reading with his wife, twin boys Sam and Chris, and their dog Gordie. Andrew and his boys are avid fishermen and enjoy sports and the outdoors.
