Stella uses her experience as a real estate developer and investor to guide her clients in identifying the right location and developing a vision for their real estate project or transaction.

Stella graduated from University of Mass Lowell with a BA/BS degree in Marketing and Advertising. After working for Arnold Fotuna Learner for few years, she decided to go back to school and get her master’s degree in Chinese medicine and Acupuncture. Stella always has a desire to help people and make them feel heard and understood. Connecting to people’s desires and needs and being empathetic are key to how she works with her clients.

Her fascination with real estate started with the purchase of her first house in Wayland MA where she managed a huge renovation. She ultimately flipped the house a few years later generating a large profit. This experience led her to focus her career on real estate starting in 2017 when she began buying and managing income properties in both Boston and Rhode Island. In the past 6 years, Stella has become an esteemed realtor highly regarded by her clients and her peers. A current Natick resident, she is well connected and actively involved in the Jewish/Israeli community. She is fluent in both Russian and Hebrew.
