Using multiple data streams, her vast network, and a unique process, she guides her clients in their journey with ultimate compassion and care. Her work continues even after the transaction has ended. She sees herself as a resource for her clients to rely on, months and even years before and after the purchase of their home.

Nadia is a firecracker, fierce, creative, and with a deep understanding of the economics of the real estate industry. She is an inventor and a visionary at heart, keen on seeing opportunities in every situation. She is blessed to have had such a blazing success at an early age and stage in her career with many entrusting her to represent their best interest with the highest level of expertise and dedication.

She has two master degrees in engineering and five health and wellness certifications (Personal trainer, Nutrition coach, Style coach, Yoga instructor, and Life coach). She started her career as a software engineer, then project manager and program manager to finally transition to Real Estate. She managed several Coldwell Banker offices, culminating in over a hundred agents but ultimately decided to go back to the field to help her clients directly.

She has many passions, one of them in Eastern interior design philosophies (Feng Shui, Japanese art of living, and Vastu Shastra). She speaks three languages fluently, lived in five different countries, and as such values culture and the richness that every single person brings to the table.

Within the M&Ms Real Estate Group, she and her business partner offer different services to builders and contractors from trend consultation and selecting finishes to pre-building market analysis and a unique and specific marketing for flips and new constructions.

On her free-time, Nadia loves spending time with her four-year old daughter, training diligently in kenpo karate, meditating, and teaching and practicing yoga. She is a coffee aficionado, and you’ll very often find her sitting by herself at a coffeeshop, enjoying what is very dear to her heart: Her caffeinated meditation.
