Jill Hogan

My name is Jill Hogan and I live in Waltham with my husband Dan, daughter Layla, and my rescue dog Milo! I have been a Realtor since 2013 alongside my Mother and Partner Dianne Lombardi. Together we specialize in providing superior customer service within all aspects of real estate.  We pride ourselves with treating all clients as we would want to be treated.  As a team, we are able to go above and beyond to consistently be available for all our clients needs.  We recognize and truly value the trust our clients place in us and we strive to exceed expectations daily.  We value your needs and our primary focus is on you, period.  We will guide you through the entire real estate process from our first conversation on.  No surprises and the lines of communication are always open.  We are proud of our reputation for our continuous drive and negotiating skills, our cutting edge marketing and our invaluable connections both locally and globally.  Our goal is too keep this process smooth and as stress free as possible.  We work out of the Waltham office, but sell all over the surrounding communities.

Outside of Work I Enjoy:

Of course I love being with my family and friends as much as possible!  But I also love working out at the local YMCA, the community there is amazing and I would go everyday if I could!  I love playing sports with my daughter and watching her in all her activities.  I enjoy walking, golfing, coloring, swimming and most of all being at the beach down the Cape!

My Favorite Charity:

My Favorite Charity is the Massachusetts Special Olympics which my middle brother Anthony is part of! We love supporting him and the organization. 

Favorite Part of My Job:
My favorite part of my job is being able to meet so many amazing new people and keeping in touch with all of our past clients as well.  Helping someone buy or sell a home is a very emotional time and we truly value that trust and confidence.
