Dedicated to various fields of the Real Estate industry since 1981, I am an experienced and competent real estate professional in more than listing, selling and rentals. As an entrepreneur and CEO in business consultant service companies I have gained additional education in listening, focusing and attending to client needs. The key is to recognize that whatever “the goal” is at that very moment it is “the challenge” and it is important in the eyes of the client. The client must be heard and feel valued, and trust and rapport are built. My goal is to listen (often hear what is not said) and provide them full comfort and service. I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise in foreclosures, surplus funds recovery, investing condominium management and policies, short sales, bankruptcy, alternative funding, affordable housing to luxury complex leasing, needs for relocation and inheriting real estate. My experience has been of all prices, types and locations. I go above and beyond the basics. It’s not the same everywhere, so you need someone you can trust for up-to-date market information, but even more important an active good listener to your needs, goals and wants. I call them the “got to have and have-nots." I go where my client needs are and I study and learn the different market areas. I have the qualifications and skills to achieve your goals. This is often the biggest and most important investment in a person’s life, and it is an honor to be the representative for them. I thrive in continuing education, growth, and challenge and adding new feathers to my cap. Some of the biggest feathers are 5 D’s. Differentiate, distinguishable, dependable, dedicated, determined.
